    • Contact Student Health Services at (858) 534-3300 to make an appointment with your physician and ask about the Eating Disorders Program, or call Counseling and Psychological Services (858) 534-3755 to speak with a counselor and ask about the program

  • RISE Workshops
  • Psychotherapy and Support Groups
    • Virtual support groups offered weekly with rotating topics each quarter
    • Registration is required and regular attendance is expected
  • Community Forums
  • Let’s Talk Program
    • 1-on-1 informal consultations with a UC San Diego mental health professional 
    • Students are limited to 2 sessions per quarter
  • iFlourish 

Health Promotion Services

  • Offers a variety of services and resources related to health and wellbeing (e.g., stress reduction, time management, health coaching, etc.). More information can be found here:



Triton CORE

  • Crisis response team of mental health professionals that provides mobile crisis response, wellness checks, and telehealth assessments for students facing mental health challenges, substance use related crises, and other forms of distress
  • Contact UCSD Police Department Dispatch at 858-534-4357 and request the Triton CORE team
    • Triton CORE team is currently available between 1:30pm–10:00pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
