Molecular pharmacology, signal transduction and cell biology of angiotensin, angiotensinogen and related vasoactive peptides including brady- kinin. Molecular genetics of hypertension and stress in the spontaneously hypertensive rat. Linkage between cardiovascular response to mild stressors and inheritance of hypertension. Neurobiology and neuropharmacology of the cardiovascular response to stressors.
